I have a system that we’re migrating to n4. It’s a JENE-PC6000e running n126.96.36.199. The Inovonics driver is licensed, but the devices are not connecting. This exact station running AX is communicating without issues. Sensors are all EN1723 temperature sensors and the receiver is an EN4000. It does seem to find an EN5040 repeater.
Can you provide a screen shot of one of the property sheets of the devices not connecting with the health property expanded?
Here is the requested screenshot:
Do you have physical access to any of the devices to test pushing their reset button to force a transmission?
Also, has the station been up for over two minutes?
The station has been running for a little more than 5 hours. The sensor of which I sent the property sheet is on the table next to me. Pressing the reset button doesn’t make a change on the station. When I press the button the red LED blinks twice very rapidly and then remains off.
Can you monitor the application directory for any errors when you press the button? There is also a debug option on the network option that should help diagnose the problem.
I get the top two lines in the application director when I press the button.
Can you also turn on the log for this driver to ALL in the logSetup using the station spy?
I don’t see much difference. This is with the logs you requested set to ALL and me pressing the button several times:
Do you have a 4.2 instance to test this same configuration with? If so, I would like to rule out a possible security enhancement in 4.3 as the issue so that if it is that, I know what i’m looking for.
I don’t have a 4.2 instance. I’ll have to downgrade the controller the next time I’m onsite.
