My guess on the reason SkySpark can’t connect down is because you are using 4.3 and are likely working with a version with the patches they released installed. If so, this has a broken AuthScheme that will reject all attempts by SkySpark to connect to it. You can downgrade to pre-patched modules to get it working in 4.3 but it’s probably better to upgrade to 4.4 where this was resolved.
From the skyspark integration side,I would guess that the user put into the device to connect to SkySpark does not have proper permissions and needs more access on the SkySpark side before the export will work.

I’d also like to add some clarification on the purpose of the pod included in the download. This is not required for the driver to function but contains some pre-built axon functions to illustrate the use of importing data from Niagara into Skyspark.
