CSV URL Import Issues


I have a 3rd party that is using web services to provide a CSV file that we are attempting to pull into a Niagara Supervisor using the CSVURLImport. Unfortunately it never loads the number of rows in the file, but I have been able to download the CSV file and use the CSVFileImport successfully. I am wondering if the fact that when you navigate to the web page it asks you where you want to download is a factor in why the URLImport won’t work. Are there any specifics for configuration necessary for the URL side to be able to get the import to work?


The URL import requires a direct link that downloads the file. It cannot handle any type of dialogue or messaging.
